I personally find both activated carbon hose attachments and liquid dechlorinator treatments (ones that work for both chlorine/chloramine) just as effective for most pond sizes. The easiest would probably be the hose attachments, as you can fill your pond straight from your mains and the attachment will remove chlorine directly from the water as you re-fill.
